Dear Patrick Byrne...

February 13, 2008 – Comments (3)

Sounds like an amazing find. Since I know there are zero conspiratorial communcations between me and these miscreants (and having the evidence, you now know too), I'd love to take a look at your big find.

Please forward them to me (among the other interested parties), and I'll give them a good look.

Whatever is contained in those emails is a poor excuse for Patrick Byrne's violations of Sarbanes-Oxley, violations of SEC Regulation G, lies, false and misleading disclosures, collusion with Judd Bagley to use anti-Semitism to smear his critics, and other despicable actions.

It would be as if I claimed to be innocent of my criminal conduct at Crazy Eddie for inventory fraud because the government did not crack down on shop lifters.

With respect,

Sam E. Antar (convicted stock swindler)

I sincerely doubt there even ARE emails. If there are, why aren't the contents already on the Web via Byrne's in-house "investigative journalist" Judd Bagley?

But let's give him the benefit of the doubt -- though he's shown he hasn't earned it. If he's got any goods, he knows there's nothing from me in there, and he's got nothing to lose by sending it my way.

LOL 8000 emails, 1841 of those from Gary Weiss. If that was true (and I don't believe it is), it would easily explain why Patty doesn't have time to run his company.

Suppose it's 2 minutes per email to read and understand them. Suppose you read them full-time (8 hours/day). It would take someone no less than 33 days to read them all. A whole month if you do it during week-ends too. I call BS on this one.
