There's only one problem.

Casey's only successes have been in gathering attention for his atricious behavior, including admissions of multiple counts of mortage fraud.

There's one born every minute. And some of them may be just clueless enough to believe that they can learn from someone who hasn't learned anything. And I'm sure Casey will be glad to take them for all he can get.

*Homedebtor and another choice terms shamelessly ripped off from the housing panic blog...

I don't know that the link points to something funny.  Insightful?  Not sure about that either.  It highlights the obvious trend of sales people trying to make as much money as possible.  It also highlights the great disparity in certain groups desire or ability to research and determine what their loans should be.  I feel especially sad for the woman who when asked by her mortgage broker how did she know she was ready to buy a home and she replied that she didn't.  How can you spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on a dream that you haven't bothered to research.  That link points to something sad (the paranoid will see what they want in it) but if you are making $153K and don't know enough to shop a MORTGAGE loan then I have no advice... except maybe read the Motley Fool.
