Lookin at Lucky is the odds on favorite....

But this year we have a hot lookin philly who closes strong in Devil May Care.

I like a Trifecta Box....

Devil May Care, Lookin at Lucky, and Line of David as my outside choice.

There Off as we enter The Digital Age.

I knew he would'nt reply here so I went and solicited his vote.

Actually...this is exactly what investing has become  today.

It is just that the Gardner Bros and most of the rest of the Fools are too afraid to tell you.

Our entire economy is simply a product of government and Wall Street borrowing from our retirement and investment accounts and spending it into commerce.

As soon as the money runs out....The Digital Age begins.

+1 rec from me for stealing my comment just like Wall Street is stealing our retirement and future.

For the record my bets are in-

I got a $1 trifecta box

$2 across the board on #5

and a $2 long shot to win on #19

Bets were small this year since I lost on early races, still an enjoyable day at the track.

You may ask msftgev what the hell does this have to do with investing? I would say almost everything.

If your trading in and out of stocks based on the fluctuations of Mr Market your gambling ( I'm quite guilty of this because hey, I'm a gambler at heart. just found a bigger casino)

But I also hedge my bets by finding strong moats that will not go away and pay a dividend (that's 90% of the port) The only reason to look at the share price is when buying more.
