It is time for Alstrymous to educate the sheep.....and take the sheep to Digital Age Unveristy so they can prepare themselves for a whole new era.
Lesson #1
ALL PROPERTY RIGHTS EMINATE FROM THE SOVERIGN.....YOU ONLY GET TO "OWN" WHATEVER THE SOVERIGN LETS YOU OWN AND YOUR PERCEPTION OF PERSONAL WEALTH IS A DERIVITIVE OF YOUR PERCEPTION OF WHAT YOU OWN.
For most Fools, who my guess are American....... America was founded on principles of personal liberties and personal property rights. These principles were believed to be the cornerstone of one's right to life, liberty and the persuit of happiness. Many Americans died to create and preserve these principles.
However, if you lived in post Bolshevik Soviet Union....the concept of personal property rights really didn't exist.....at least for most members of society.
For Americans, our traditinoal system has been slowly eroding since the about 1900 and the erosion really started accellerating after 2000.
Many Fools think that there is a distinction in perspective between Republicans and Demorcrats...but with regard to the issue of personal property rights and personal freedoms, it truly is a distinction without a difference.
Whether you infect a nation with too much debt or take away the equity, in the end it really is two sides of the same coin.....and if you have no equity, you really don't own it do you?
So back to the original premise of lesson #1...you only get to own what the Soverign lets you own. For example, let's say you own a bunch of gold.....and the Soverign makes it illegal to own gold.......if you don't turn it in......you become a criminal. At that juncture, owning gold is like owning a brick of cocaine....both may be very valuble on the streets, but possessing either can land you in jail for for much of your natural life.
If you don't understand the principle that whatever you preceive as yours is only yours because the government lets you maintain that perception, you really don't have the proper foundational framework to proceed forward into the Digital Age.
Up until 1954, most white Americans thought it was their natural and governmental provided right to have their children go to an all white school.....until Justice Marshall argued Brown v Board of Education to the Supreme Court.
Since that landmark case, it was deemed that the concept of seperate but equal did not exist in the American educational system....a decision Alstrymous happens to agree with....although, at the time, many viewed the result as repulsive, convulsive and a violation of their basic rights.
It is time to expand your minds my Foolish Sheep.....be prepared for an expansion of Marshall Law on a global scale and applied to more than just education. The question now is whether we can have seperate nations but equal in a globalized world?
Could it be, under an expanded perspective of Marshall Law...all Americans, and citizens of the industrialized world are "white" regardless of race and the citizens of the less developed world are black?
If you don't understand lesson #1.......you will have a hard time adjusting to the Digital Age.....just like many whites had a hard time adjusting to Marshall Law.
Class dimissed sheep....time to go back to the fields and graze......except for those who have already realized they are sheep, please stick around for the next lesson.
