Pretty soon, using paper currency to purchase things will be obsolete....just like going to a bank to withdraw cash will be a behavior that our kids will look back upon and joke about.

Visa to launch digital wallet for U.S. banks

Just as currency will be digital....so will stock trading and stock analysis as people will no longer be able to keep up with the machines....

And if you think paper currency is obsolete.....gold and silver are even less functional in a Alstry's Digital Udder World.

Killing cash will also kill gold and silver as a form of currency.  Whatever intrinsic/industrial value gold and silver have will remain...but it will not be functional as currency.
