New Home Construction is DOWN 80% from peak just a few years ago......and housing and related industries were about 20% of GDP......
Auto Sales are down over 33% from peak........
and jobs are so scarce these days that job fairs are being cancelled because of too few job.....
Commerical vacancies are approaching 20% in many areas.......and retail chains are closing stores by the hundreds......
Blockbuster Inc - 186 More Stores by End of the Month
Talbots - 90 to 100 Stores
Charming Shoppes Inc Closing 240 Stores : Will Include Fashion Bug Outlets stores
Existing home sales are reportedly overstated by 20% and down materially from the peak
Areas like Florida and Nevada have about 1 in 5 homes vacant
Are cities, counties, and states are essentially bankrupt.....
WHILE GOVERNMENT IS COLLECTIVELY OPPERATING AT APPROXIMATELY A $2 TRILLION DOLLAR ANNUAL DEFICIT.......
and we have all of the above with the Fed telling us that GDP is down only a few percent from peak and unemployment is below 10%?
It appears the only thing the Gardner Bros care about these days is peddling as the truth is no longer something that the Fools pursue anymore.....
One day the truth will matter again....and when it does....it will be a www.udderworld.com
