We have a financial system in severe crisis where the loans are defaulting at record rates and the collateral is crashing in value.
We have a Presidential candidate stupid enough to pick a VP nominee who can't even make a rational decision concerning the safety of her own unborn child and others......
Who in the hell would get on a a 12 hour COMMERCIAL plane flight KNOWING she was ALREADY in LABOR with a HIGH RISK pregnency disregarding the safety of her unborn child, herself, and the passengers on the plane if an emergency landing was required????
And she calls herself pro life??????
An announcement from the state said that Palin's "labor began (Thursday) while she was in Texas at the governor's energy conference, where she gave the keynote luncheon address, but let up enough for her to travel on Alaska Airlines back to Alaska in time to deliver her second son."

You think she has something against Texans???
Now, Americans are being kept in the dark about a possible attack on Iran while the rest of the world is preparing.....
Report Says 5 U.S. Carrier Groups Are in the Persian Gulf or Are Headed Toward It.

Third-party sources report that French ships, along with British ships, are accompanying the Theodore Roosevelt to the Gulf. This would indicate a joint military venture.
THE BLACKOUT
This is receiving no coverage by the media of the Western nations. It is a non-event. Yet if I know about it, and if I have been able to verify three-fifths of the story by official sources, then there is no question in my mind that any of the major news media that wanted to assign one lone individual to tracing down the details of this story would be able to do this without a great deal of difficulty. Yet the media have remained absolutely silent about this.
This sounds fishy to me. It sounds as though there is a coordinated effort among Western owners of the media to make certain that the voters are kept in the dark.
Why should this story not be front-page news? Two very good reasons are the fragility of the economy with oil under $130 a barrel, and what could happen if it goes to $400. Nobody wants to trigger bank runs. The existence of an armada of this size raises an obvious question: Against which nation in the Persian Gulf is such an armada to be used? The answer is obvious: Iran.

Dutch intel: US to strike Iran in coming weeks
Holland's military intelligence service (AIVD) recently suspended an intelligence operation aimed at infiltrating and sabotaging the Iranian weapon manufacturing industry following estimates that the United States plans to attack the Islamic republic in the coming weeks, according to a report by Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf, quoted by media worldwide Monday.
Knowledgeable sources told the Dutch newspaper that a senior agent was recently removed from the country "due to the belief that the US is about to make a decision within weeks on a strike in Iran using unmanned aircraft."

Does our press thinks we are too stupid to know this...don't they understand us CAPs players might want to adjust our Red and Green thumbs????
Do you think Russia is aware of this?????
MOSCOW, September 1 (RIA Novosti) - Russia may proceed with plans to sell advanced S-300 air defense systems to Iran under a secret contract believed to have been signed in 2005, a Russian analyst said on Monday.
Commenting on an article in the Sunday Telegraph newspaper saying Russia is using the plans as a bargaining chip in its standoff with America, Ruslan Pukhov, director of Moscow-based Center for Analysis of Strategies and Technologies, said: "In the current situation, when the U.S. and the West in general are stubbornly gearing toward a confrontation with Russia after the events in South Ossetia, the implementation of a lucrative contract on the deliveries of S-300 [air defense systems] to Iran looks like a logical step."

Do you think Iran would tell us if they had the missles?????
Iran denied on Monday it had bought Russia's advanced S-300 anti-aircraft missile system, after Israeli defense sources said the Islamic Republic could receive a delivery of the weapons by the end of the year.
Western and Israeli experts have said that if Tehran acquired the S-300 missile batteries it would become much more difficult for Israel or the United States to carry out a possible attack on Iran's nuclear facilites.

So WTF, if we can't hit Iran....let's go at it in the Black Sea.....
A build-up of naval forces is underway in the Black Sea, involving both NATO and Russian ships. The provocative actions by the US-lead military coalition create the danger of a clash with potentially catastrophic consequences.
Late last week, General Anatoly Nogovitsyn, deputy chief of the Russian military’s general staff, claimed that 10 NATO warships were in the Black Sea and that more were on the way.
So which is it, the worst economic crisis in 60 years, I am pro life but I get on a 12 hour commercial flight after labor begins with a high risk pregnancy instead of going to a hospital minutes away, the economy is getting better but GDP is shrinking after discounting one time government spending boost creating the largest government deficit in American History, we are not going to attack Iran but sending the largest fleet of carriers to the Gulf since the commencement of the Iraq War while the rest of the world seems to know this but we don't, our banking system is sound but the FDIC is needs more money after just ten bank failures and is doubling its staff????
Should I red thumb or green thumb????
