I am done making alot of picks. I will redo my page and only pick the ones I own. My portfolio made a drastic change since Friday. I no longer own WFC (my favorite stock of all time ). Sold on Friday @ $55.03. I own 7 equities currently. A few months ago I owned 2. WFC and IBM. That is about as diversified as it gets for me. I should mention IBM now makes up 41% of my total holdings so that still isn't to diversified. And of course I am in the red on ALL 7 equities. Although 5 of the 7 purchases where made this week.

Equities I own and % of my portfolio as of today.

IBM 41%

VZ 16% purchased yesterday and today $46.78

CBI 14.3% purchase price $50.03

PKX 11.4% purchased this week $67.10

SU 9.8% purchased today $28.75

CTCM 4.2% purchased yesterday $4.79

MBT 3.3% purchased yesterday $9.70

These are my current holdings and I am in no way recomending anyone purchase these equities. The last two have significant risks. My current holdings pretty much go against everything I say to do when investing so I will pry get spanked with them. I would say VZ under $47 is the best and safest best of all the picks. I see a lot of people chasing oil related stocks on CAPS right now. The earnings power of many of these companies are pry a lot less than one might think. Especially the ones with too much debt. Well I will try to get all these picks on my page by tomorrow and will pry end and repick CTCM and MBT when I can to get a better representation of the price which I bought them at. And LUKOY will still be on there for a couple days. I do not own that stock.

This page will give a better idea of my actual investment ideas and not a make-believe world. Many more ideas will be on my valuemoneygreen caps page. I haven't decided if I am gonna make pitches on this page anymore besides the purchases.

Just a friendly suggestion, for me and other members who aren't fluently familiar in remembering tickers. Company, stockexchange and ticker would save us alot of time.

Sorry. I like 2 use as little amount of words as possible. My grammar and spelling will be bad too. Detail in my typing will not impress anyone. I just want the general point to get across. Thanks for the info though. It is always welcome!

I like your picks but the spider gold.  Owning paper gold is never a good idea.  The U.S. at one time held more gold than any other country.  Now however, Europe holds literally tons more gold than the U.S. China has so much gold off the books that the price is manipulated to drive the price down ( that goes for silver too ) and India is not far behind with massive gold buys over the last few years.  The lower they drive the price of gold and silver the more of the commodity leave the U.S.  The bad thing is these are state purchases and they are paying for it with dollars ( petrodollars) which is basically buying gold and silver with our debt.  We have to make good on the debt that these countries bought as we incurred it as we just printed money and produced zero goods for export to support the import of goods like oil.  Even though we were exporting oil at the same time.  That said, if you want to own gold you should buy it while the price is still low ( silver as well ) but you should own the coins.  You can still make it part of your IRA or other retirement plan.  Just put it in a safe!  Gold and silver have always been a function of each other on a percentage basis.

I appreciate your response on "Owning paper gold is never a good idea". I mentioned GLD instead of Physical gold. However, I buy physical and keep it safe.

In fact, I am waiting for Dec 30/31 to buy the gold in bulk. I make this once a year purchase on that day.

It is perfectly valid suggestion. Thank you

For future IPO, I consider UBER and AIRBNB. If they come out as IPO, I prefer to invest. But will make cautious move depending on price, size etc.

Value, You will make money with IBM in the next 1-3 years as the push to the clouds by multi-nationals is now really picking up speed. Especially among German & French companies.

At today's price IBM is a real Value play.
