Dover Motorsports, Inc.... More than just a pretty name?

 Ok, here's a shot in the dark.  I'm calling a jump in stock price for Dover Motorsports.  DVD has made some money in the last quarter posting profits as seen on the Fool's statements and Google Finance.  I've been following this one for a while and I think it is poised to pop before or after the conference call Tomorrow at 10:30 ET.  Any input from the Fools would be appreciated.

I've done some reading on the company and all I understand is that it is sitting on some very pricey assets.  Essentially, they could be worth substantially more than the market cap of the company.  Correct me if I'm wrong.
