It's there right now (everyone's running to the window to see it like the first snow of the year).  So nice to see green instead of red in our Yahoo! Finance portfolios.

But just when you are catching your breath from this run up, someone's calling Dow 15,000 on Tech Ticker...it's not quite as bad as it sounds (he's thinking a few years down the line, not this year), but still...calm down!

Although I think you are exagerating, it is true that many people will get into the market way too late.  Happens all the time.  But the flip side is there are people who will continue to try and short the markets as they climb higher and they won't be any better off then the prior group.
