I second guessed myself out of the market. I am down, and almost out completely. I am going back to the basics which I know, the energy industry!. I am looking at a few solid companies and some financials also. This week I've managed to gain back my Trader Charm. I followed the hype, no more. I moved into areas that I know nothing about and this hurt big time. I am learning and that's all that counts for now.

Don't worry too much. I'm sure you'll be up soon. The market is a roller coaster, we win some in CAPs and loose some. The point is that for me, CAPS provides a way to find companies I wouldn't hear about otherwise.

I'm still trying to claw myself back. I did it before from -800 to 1,700 points and a rating of 92

Then tumbled again to as low as -1,100 and score of 4. Just racked up 500 points in last 2 days. Soon I'll be back.

Just hopping around like a Junebug on a griddle with one-week holds is no way to gain. Pick things you've studied and believe in then give them a chance to work.
