Solar is the safest alternative energy right now and the world's governments will be taking a hard look at it now.

Actually you are right in the short term and completely wrong in the longer term.  Wind and solar stocks will go up for the next 2-6 months, after that they will begin an inevitable decline. 

 The death of nuclear power, will take down wind and solar with it.  In a natural diasater if the generating plant itself isn't hit squarely, then it's a relatively simple process to get power back online and rewire downed neighborhoods or repair pipeline ruptures.  For wind turbines and solar panels, once they get hit they can't be repaired but have to be compeltely replaced, taking power offline for months.  

Watch the trading action.  there' a lot of sucker money going into solar and wind today, but nat gas options are climbing even faster.
