"nationality" to many americans means "nationality of our ancestors", I don't think too many of us consider ourselves "american" in nationality???  Maybe thats just in my part of the country. 

btw, you were right I was wrong in the hedge thread.  I finally got around to doing the math and the 20% hedgie wins, the return, net, for my tax situation for the hedgie is 9.8%. 

But, then, if we went from 1950-1999 instead of 1950-2009, buy and hold wins again...
