Today, Siemens AG is the sole shareholder in OSRAM GmbH.

Looking at your plot, it seems the market predominantly stays in the upper half of the range.  There was only one strong dip back near July 2009.

I am thinking that this correction will end soon, and return us to the upper half of the range 1110-1160.
