Energy Focus, Inc. (EFOI) is a small company with only a 25M market cap that engages in the design, development, manufacture, marketing, and installation of energy-efficient lighting systems principally for commercial/industrial lighting and pool lighting markets.  The company was formerly known as Fiberstars, Inc. and changed its name to Energy Focus, Inc. in May 2007.  They principally sell LED light fixtures.

Price to sales = 0.8

Insider ownership = 40%

YOY revenue growth = 200%

and now this:

Energy Focus received $446K order to supply its recently qualified LED lighting fixtures to retrofit two US Navy destroyers

I read that this morning and now thinking I should have blogged about Nexus rather than EFOI. LOL!  

Anyway, just confirms my thesis that LED's are the next big thing in lighting (soon to be federally mandated!)
