EPCT: Canada NDS Decision countdown and Rodman & Renshaw Annual Global Investment Conference Summary

 Canada NDS Decision: 

On 08/05/2009, EPCT announced filing of new drug submission for approval of Ceplene®, Health Canada typically accepts or refuses an NDS and designates review status within forty-five days of filing. EPCT will receive the decision anytime by the end of this week according to this regulation. 

I am now preparing for the harvest time.

Rodman & Renshaw Annual Global Investment Conference Summary:1, EPCT released phase 2 clinical data of EpiCept NP-1 in January this year, and a 12 weeks (about 3 months) phase 3 clinical trial is ongoing. Taking the data collection and analysis time into consideration, I am expecting the new data to be released in this month or early next month.As I mentioned in the previous article, it is a 3 billion dollars market for EpiCept NP-1 in the U. S. alone. Once we got positive data of the phase 3 trial, it will be the moment to realize my one month target: $2

2, another good news from the conference is that EPCT scheduled an update of Azixa TM at November AACR meeting, it will be another important milestone for EPCT without doubt.

3, Rodman & Renshaw Annual Global Investment Conference just closed，if EPCT found a partner to market Ceplene in other parts of the world except EU, news should be released in couple days, and we will see EPCT up to the ceiling.

There is one thing that I have to reemphasize: Ceplene is the first medicine for use as a maintenance treatment in adults with acute myeloid leukemia which means that there is no competition in the current market. Once Ceplene got approval in Canada and the United States, we will see the huge profit potential.For more details of EPCT, please read my last article.
