If ECB is not going to print much to buy sovereign bonds in EU, why should euro be weak? More printing means more valuable, says USD?  What is the rationale?

Germany is against printing because they are the production and saving economy. The problem in EU is execution on any agreement. 

Hank Paulson used the '08 credit crisis to do the massive wealth/debt transfer. US taxpayers got all the shots. That kind of things will not happen in EU.

Banks, this time, maybe out of luck ...
