I think it is time for another "outperform" call on "European equities".

The two earlier calls where "issued" pretty close to start of "periods of European equity outperformance" that lasted a  few weeks.

Of course, to be fair, you are posting this on the weekend (or in the middle of the night where you are) as rumors already swirl of a new plan, and as futures are already up.  If Merkozy in fact have come up with a new plan that should provide a nice couple of weeks of European outperformance.

For those for some reason hating Europe (for having been treated "badly" by French cab drivers, for example) you might want to consider buying a few shares of "small and midcap biopharmaceutical comapnies".

A few suggestions can be found here.

TY Portefeuille. I would like you to be more specific, if possible, on the biotech suggestions. I looked and saw some (like SQNM, EXEL, DNDN) but what are your top picks there? Mine btw is ECYT and I don't think you have it. Get it now.

I hate to say it, but I am not so sure I agree with you. At this point, charts don't tell us the complete story. More important is what will happen to the Euro. I don't see how it can survive. What is your take on that issue?
