An extreme value case today is Endeavour Silver which is down over -8% for offering 8+ million shares at $6.15 late last night and close on Dec.1st, the stock had 64M outstanding prior to this 8M which sends its OS to 74M roughly. Not bad at all to make a $50M buyout of Silver and Gold mines and take advantage of the soaring gold and Silver prices. Silver today is up another 1.3% another 4 days like today's gain in Silver and EXK makes up the 8M extra shares in the increase in Silver price alone, without it even having to dig up new silver deposits.

EXK costs for Silver are under $6/oz so you can see its profit margin today alone has increased 1.3% on the spot price of Silver.

EXK is trying to buyout Cream Minerals currently and will be searching for others as soon as possible with the share offering funds.

Valyooo its about forward earnings that will be huge when you factor in the major move in silver from $20 to $27.51 for silver since that qtr ended and the anticipated move of Silver to $50+ by end of 2011 has not even been factored in yet..

Valyooo EXK average realized prices of Silver in that QTR were only $18.47 per oz and only $1,241 per oz for Gold.

Silver as I type in realtime is selling at $27.43/oz (nearly $10/oz higher) and Gold is selling at $1407.50/oz (nearly $200/oz higher)

Go on a buying spree?  Almost everything is down, but not enough to warrant a "buying spree".  The dollar is up...3%+ against the Euro in the last week.  If this continues, stocks will get crushed...even with the Fed's new daily POMO schedule.  We have very bearish set-ups on the S&P as well...I'm not selling yet, but I'm not buying either...just waiting to see what happens...if the S&P falls another ~1% (below the 13 DMA), I'll be out.
