they will take a page from techs of the past which just ate up all the little fish that were competing against them. Oracle is a perfect example of such a company.
Just as Facebook didn't take up Yahoo's offer to acquire it at $2B years ago, there will be entrepreneurs who don't want to be acquired by Facebook.
Oracle's business is also a tad more sticky for customers than Facebook. Enterprise databases are a tad harder to change than online social networking site (but FB is probably doing a dang good job of making it pretty sticky and addictive).
I would consider ACOM Ancestry.com as the biggest potential target of FB once the IPO goes thru. This is because ACOM is in a niche market that Facebook has not yet tapped and its hugely profitable already, so a buyout of that stock would actually increase eps for Facebook.
