Financial Times - Pearson PLC - Plagued by Delivery Problems

Is it just here in Charlotte or are the rest of you having problems with the delivery of the Financial Times Published by Pearson PLC (PSO)?

Here in Charlotte there is a problem with delivery almost 50 % of the time.  Not only has today's paper not been delivered but I'm still waiting on yesterdays.

Is paper delivery not in their Mission Statement???

My delivery in the Princeton, New Jersey area has been absolutely horrible and in March 2013 got dramatically worse.. 0% on time delivery, 50% more than two days late.  Sometimes go 1 to 2 weeks with no delievery and then receive 5 to 10 issues all on the same day.  Every other publication I receive without problems (WSJ 98% on time delivery); the FT is the only one that fails to arrive.

Talking to their customer service is an exercise in futility, although they are always friendly and will sometimes extend my subscription to make up for missing issues.  They claim no one else has this problem, there's nothing they can do about it, and there's no one else I can talk to who has the authority to address the issue.  They even insisted that I file a Form C with the Post Office-- Unfortunately Form C doesn't even exist (all PO forms have numbers not letters and it is the sender's responsibility to complain, not the recipient).

The FT seems to have neither the ability to deliver its product nor any interest in doing so.
