IMF: Kosovo has failed
The former head of economic unit, International Civilian Office (ICO), in Kosovo, Andrea Capussela, describes the current monetary situation in Kosovo as a failure for Kosovo.
According to him, the International Monetary Fund, is expected to make public on Monday that the program for Kosovo is out of track. This will be a rare event, since governments rarely happen to violate their commitments to the IMF, writes "The Guardian".
Kosovo urged a program from the IMF to strengthen its credibility and to meet the conditions attached to large grants from the EU and World Bank. However, it now appears that the government irresponsibility is leading Kosovo towards a fiscal crisis. /albeu.com/
