I like the blogs here about climate change. Here is another view point as to why. Oh and as the Magnetic Field gets stronger again the climate will get better and the north and south poles will gain more ice and the ocean level will go down again. If we have the cap and tax in place by the time this happens then they will say see we did affect the weather. Now if they would only require power plants and oil refineries to use the filters to get rid of 70% of the carbon particles that cause heart attacks in women then we would be so much better off and lower health care cost because it would help lower breathing problems and heart problems.  Oh and I did find out if the payment system for doctors was for the visit and not all the test run were changed that would lower the cost also. Not to mention a stronger dollar makes things like oil and what not lower then health care cost go down also.So Gore and you company that will make a bundle off of this not to mention GE and GS. Yep..... Just gouge me for more money from my 10 dollar an hour pay. Yep they say that the carbon trade is not a tax but it is still more money out of my pay for something we don't really need.

lquad, the thing this guy is talking about is the fact that many of the charged particles from the sun, and much ionizing cosmic radiation is deflected by the earth's magnetic field.  The earth's magnetic field has shifted many times before.

Carbon particles (soot) and carbon dioxide are two different things.  I am all for minimizing particulate matter and other things like acid rain making stuff, and mercury, but the global warming people are like a cult, it is useless to talk to them.

OK, cap and trade, they say they will tax the 'polluters', that sounds fine until they pass it on to you.  You will still want electricity when it is 102degrees to run your air conditioner like it was here today.  But they will want to charge you more for using electricity during a peak load time and they will call that a 'smart grid'.  Even worse is that they want the power to control not just the cost but how much power you use, that is coming.

I've often wondered why if someone is the 'offender' the government ALWAYS has to be the beneficiary.  Why should anyone profit off of global warming?  That is ridiculous, and exemplary of WHY THIS STUPID SYSTEM IS UNSUSTAINABLE.  The relationship the government shares with oil companies will ensure that they are merely juggling your money back and forth.  It seems like just what our economy needs.

Greg Braden does a cool demonstration with vibration, water and light.  It shows how vibration influences how light gets refracted through water to create some interesting patterns, and how this (may) influence us, being that we are mostly water.

Yep tax what you can not control. But GS runs the Government IMHO and because the Bildenburgs and Rathskellers want it then GS will make it happen. Oh yes and then Al Gore new co. will also. Rome is burning just like Egypt did and now us.

Um, the Earth's megnetic field is getting weaker, not strong. It is about half of what it was 2000 years ago, and will be mostly gone in another 2000 years. This will probably lead to a pole shift where the north and south magnetic poles reverse.

None of this has anything to do with climate in any way shape or form.
