Remember when the USA housing bubble started in 2007, no one thought it was going to still be going down as we speak in 2011. A full 4 years later but it has, and therefore anyone rushing in to buy Chinese real estate related stocks today better think twice. 

In the USA the real estate crash caused a chain reaction which engulfed all sectors so betting one particular sector other than real estate in China may work for the short term but in the long run it too will get the cold from the real estate sector which is in a major freefall in China.
