You will see enough negative things coming from the mainstream in upcoming weeks and months.....and I will not be able to add much more here on the negative side.

Consquently, I have set up Udderworld.com to cover two primary areas....The Decline Of The Industrial Age and The Rise Of The Digital Age.....

Your help would be appreciated identifying areas that you view as relevant technological or other changes....areas that you think might make good investment opportunities.  If it is a fit, we will post them at UdderWorld.com

My guess is concepts that we take as given will rapidly become extinct....the changes will be convulsive.  Hopefully, they will drive sustainable prosperity around the world as we are globalizing and dealing with exponentially more people than we did just a few decatds ago.....

I have been the brunt of many Fools jokes......and based on many of the comments, it is clear there are many talented individuals hanging out in this cafe.  Times are changing fast and no one person can keep up with the changes.  It will take a "army" of Fools to be able to beat the Vampire Squid and the other jellyfish at this game.....

CAPS has many people from many backgrounds....together we can identify those areas that are collapsing and those that are growing.....and hopefully help each other in the end.  UdderWorld will simply be a site for information and not one for investments like CAPS.  But with investing, the more information you have, the more informed decision you can make.

I hope you like the new Alstry......and none of you have a yacht to sell.

I think there is room for opinion on each side, and I think we all have to hear and consider the different voices.  Then make up your own mind.

The world isn't going to blow up, and it is not going to be like it was, it is going to change.  At least about that you are right.

Always skeptical, never quite joining the bear or bull "club".  Whatever trend is in place will go on for a while, then it will reverse.  One has to be prepared for either.

My suggestion is stop focusing on the market...most of the accounting is fraudulent and the reported numbers have very little durable meaning.  When you are not marking your assets to market, you are also not marking your earnings to market.  And when earnings are illusory, so is stock price and value.

We are finally beginning to feel as a society the consequences of all of this fraudulent behavior.  Food and Fuel prices are starting to skyrocket.  People's anger is reaching the boiling point as is evidenced on AZ or this morning in Detroit.

When a person is willing to walk into a police station and blow away police officers, you know that the boundries for human behavior are breaking down.

Gunman shoots 4 officers inside Detroit precinct

Walmart shooting leaves 2 dead, 2 deputies hurt

As this starts to happen more frequently, people we begin to appreciate the system is in distress. 

That is a good thing because it is bring awareness to a very serious underlying problem.  Awareness is the first step on the road to recovery.

Trust me....you can only bail out a relatively small few and let the masses suffer for so long before the system starts to break down.....

Just wait until Food and Fuel prices really start going up......the good part is we will be well on our way to the Digital Age.

And as far as Udder World.......don't you really think where we are heading is Anudder World?
