I am "quite satisfied" with the performance of my little virtual fund since initiation a little over 2 years ago (also see the accompanying apology ...).

some statistics.

Those lists might have some gaps and contain some errors. As long as no one delivers a secretary the accuracy of those posted statistics are largely dependent on the level of dedication/laziness of the fund manager and thus more or less random ...

The second list should be accurate enough to allow the conclusion that I have done alright so far.

The SPY and IWM hedges have done just they were supposed to do and the VMW hedge even resulted in a rather large gain (with exclusively short positions!). No idea how I did that ...

The ECX:GY position was meant to be a hedge for the EXAS positions and the net result of the 2 positions is at least positive.

I think most of the non-hedge "loser positions" have a decent chance of "recovering". I have more or less given up on MRNA and the SVNT position is highly unlikely to leave the loser side if left untouched.

#3 Yes, over a 10y period that should be doable. Maybe slightly more, I should find out what additional income/costs from fees, dividends and other neglected things have been so far. I may have reached CAGR of more than 25% since initiation (see this post). The large "European exposure" of the fund has not been all that helpful lately ...
