I get lots of spam, but this one takes the cake!  Anyone else out there heard of the PAS (Poverty Alleviation Scheme)?  Can you imagine a big-wig at Royal Dutch Shell having an AOL email address?!  Then there is the wikipedia reference just in case you never heard of this company before.  And I love it when I am addressed as Beneficiary "A"...

@ #3 You should write them a polite note explaining that you have strategies in place to allievate your own poverty and don't need their help. Go ICAD go :)
