The debt is past the roof and out of the solar system...

$574 billion of new debt in a single month?  That's a couple thousand per person and about $4000 per worker...

Doug, I am getting closer to switching sides...  I can't see how they don't start the presses....

I agree it could be mess.  I posted a blog outlining the financing before and how it was beneficial to everyone.  Now it is not benefical to foreign governments since they have their own spending needs. 

Think what happens to the housing market if mortgages go up to 8%.  Then we will really see housing tumble and I think that may be the next trigger for the next leg down.
