Got GAIN and I'm GLAD!

I recently initiated a new position in Gladstone Investment Corp (GAIN) in my IRA account.  The fundamentals look good P/E = 5, P/B = 0.88, ROE = 18% and they just beat the latest earnings estimate.  Here are a couple of highlights:

Net asset value was $9.00 per share outstanding at December 31, 2010, as compared to $8.74 per share outstanding at March 31, 2010.

Net Increase (Decrease) in Net Assets Resulting from Operations for the nine months ended December 31, 2010 and 2009 was $13.6 million, or $0.62 per share, and ($31.7) million, or ($1.44) per share, respectively.

The pay out a monthly dividend, currently yielding approx 6%.

A silly analyst downgraded the stock yesterday sending the share price down about 2%.  Zacks ranks them a Strong Buy.  I bought some shares and I am GLAD I did!
