Great post on blownmortgage about the one set of folks the lending community wouldn't issue stated income loans to.

The Alt-A lump is still coming. When it hits, what will the quick-fix politicians and bureaucrats have left to try?

Alt-A is not the only lump still coming. Same deal with Negative Amortization: think about how that works when housing prices are dropping.

Excellent post and it's enough to make you cry all the way to the bank. I've been picking smaller banks i found to my CAPS which I think will tank soon enough. You wouldn't know it by the euphoria for financials right now.
