In these hard times, the only thing a person could gain is experience.  (And if you're really good also money)  But at a time like this, I like to listen to the veterans, I may not agree with them.  But their insight is important.  You can always learn something, even now.  The market is not a science, but an art.  The art is not only to win, but to lose as little as possible.
