I just did. Wow! I am popping up in the weirdest places. Take a minute to see where you pop up.
LOL theres a website called outoffocusrocks.com. =)
A blog I wrote expressing my unhappiness with Bob Barr has been a hit with Wiccans. I think I counted four re-postings of it on different sites.
I am also quoted in a political blog or two. I don't know exactly how I feel about that. I think I am leaning more towards being annoyed.
I have 737 references from Google... aren't I special?
UL, you are special. And not just because your mom says so. :)
see this post.
I am currently #4 of about 4,650,000 for portefeuille.
don't believe the hype!
1,260 from fool.com for portefeuille
I comment too much, hehe ...
I used this one in another post, but it's still funny.
Somehow I am listed on a site for MSNmoney! What the...
Blogging on CAPS can give a person fame. The article Alyce Lomax wrote where she referenced my blog on Massey Mine http://www.fool.com/investing/general/2010/04/09/the-true-dangers-of-risk.aspx?source=ihpdspmra0000001&lidx=7 has made it on to other financial sites. I hope those who can make a difference will read it. I was so excited I had to tell my family members.
Also my negative pitch on Sears was referenced by a UK fashion site. I always knew I was a trendsetter! Just joking.
That was actually pretty fun.
and kinda spooky at the same time.
I already knew the football stuff that would come up,
but seeing my caps profile listed was wierd.
I also tried using Yahoo!. I got a few additional hits.
BTW: outoffocus does rock!
Here is an embarrassing one for "rofgile":
WTF does rofgile know about Macy's.. why am I used as a reference??? Seriously bad call from me.
OOhh.. I was on MSNMoney too! -> This was a bad call too!
Zoltek also has exposure to the aerospace industry: Its carbon fibers are a component of aircraft brakes. But Zoltek is less reliant on the aerospace industry than rivals such as Hexcel (HXL, news, msgs), and it may be better positioned to ride the wind energy trend.
CAPS All-Star "rofgile" thinks that the share price (the stock closed at $9.86 on June 22) is a nice entry point for investors looking for "a wind power play." Link
What snake-oil these websites spread though!!! I'm listed as "all-star rofgile", "highly ranked-rofgile".. and used to argue for buying stocks like ZOLT or shorting Macy's! Fricken scary!
I suppose that's why I automatically don't trust bloggers with posts like "Jim Rogers says..." or "Chanos today said..". I mean, who cares what some "name" says, people should themselves do their research and post their arguments based on facts, not what some famous "super-investor dude" has said. People are sheep!
