Ever have an attachment to a stock in your portfolio...something that has surpassed your wildest expectations over the past few years as you stayed long and strong....reinvesting dividends perhaps?

Then...all of a sudden you find some blemishes....perhaps expenditures start to rise or business in Europe starts to crater a little....What do you do?  Since you are so looooooong the stock just up and selling it off without ever thinking about "what do I do next?"  That's not what you do.  You don't dump your stock because an Analyst came out against it...

You don't give up on your company experiencing some growing pains because Jim Cramer just said he didn't like the last earnings report and so no longer likes the stock....

You don't give up on your stock....

Not unless there's something better out there....

You turn off the "Your Stock STINKS because......" arguments.  They serve absolutely no benefit to you because you know the negatives and positives of your company's business prospects and balance sheet situation.... You already know... Tell me something I don't know!!!

Hence.....  That's explains SARAH PALIN and why so many of us *ultra conservative extremists* continue to support Sarah Palin for President of the United States as strongly as we do....

No amount of negative attacks, smears, and belittling....and CAT CALLS about how she SCREWED UP when she DEFENDED her self cause she was supposed to just SHUT UP already....

Nothing you can do to trash her that will make us switch from Sarah Palin to someone else.

Know what DOES make us switch from 1 choice to another choice?  Whether it is the Republican Presidential Primary or selling off a long-term stock so you can buy another one?

TALK UP the other one.........that's how.

Convince me  the other candidate is superior.....  Tell me how I should buy buy buy such and such a stock....  tell me how it's a superior stock... show me positives about a stock that are so strong they are stronger than any positives of the stock I've invested in for years....

Give me something!!!!

Then I'll switch my vote just as fast as I switched my investment from (DPS) to (GME).

The point of this article was to simply say that when an Intellectual has invested himself/herself in say....Mitt Romney....for a very long time....and then sees Sarah Palin sucking up the Lime Light all the time....

The reality is many of these Intellectuals would rather Trash Sarah Palin because they have another Fish they are invested in....tied to....  They have another Canddiate they prefer...

So instead of saying to these intellectuals, "Would you rather have Obama instead?"

Simple ask them, "Ok....So which Candidate have you placed your trust in to lead our Country and tell me how he/she is superior to Sarah Palin?"

Rush should get these people to DEFEND THEIR GUY/GAL in thsi race......  Instead of letting them BASH Sarah Palin all day...

Let's see them defend their choice!

It's not like there aren't negatives in the other choices out there... There are plenty of negatives....

So let's compare THEIR negatives with Sarah.

When it's less about loyalty and more about issues, you'll help the country.

We get enough loyalty in a 2 party system that I find myself arguing with people repeating the party line on both sides. I'd rather argue with them about their own thoughts.

The problem with most people is that they don't have their own thoughts. They just have the thoughts that their leaders told them were their thoughts.

1) DPS -  Solid earnings growth year over year

2) GME -  Solid earnings growth year over year....


But instead of Sun Drop which has *bombed big* in the single Meijer Store that I Shop at which is by no means an accurate way to judge DPS....But, when I am offered 30 cents to buy Sun Drop 2-Liter bottles....That's like Meijer's is dumping inventory they can't sell without the discount.

Sun Drop could be a disappointment....you never know...

On the other hand:

KINECT + Used Playstation 3 Bundle + Nintendo 3DS

That's is NOT a miss....  And if they also sell the Roxio gadget for Consoles and PCs then that's possibly another big money maker for Gamestop.

Gamestop boasted about how many Kinects they were selling...

between November 4th to January 3rd.....8 million sold and I speculate much of that came from GameStop stores.... Afterall, Best Buy Missed Badly!

Did Coca-Cola miss badly????   Pepsi????   Nope!

1) DPS    --  $37+ a share makes it difficult for my $1 dollar to purchase any shares.

2) GME -- $19.70- $19.90 =  My Dollar goes a loooooong way here.

1)  DPS  -   Projected to go to $40.25  from $37.XX.    At best it is a whopping $3.00.

2)  GME -  Projected to go to $26.28  from $19.70 - $19.90.  At worst case scenario that's a $6.00 move.

and I can go on and on and on....

I kept telling myself for weeks and months even that why stay LONG (DPS) an excellent wonderful superb stock indeed to retire on..... When (GME) has much more growth potential?
