Homes BELOW $10K in Baltimore...more places becoming like Detroit

August 23, 2011 – Comments (2)

I remember when homes were this price when my brother was in medical school in Baltimore.....but you would want to walk out alone at night......,0,5171792.story will be worth zero because you will be able to rent them from the government for less than the property taxes and maintenance.

Who could have predicted this while everyone stared at the ticker?

Welcome to Udder World....where the concept of the private ownership of a home will be an obsolete industrial memory.

What is interesting is we are heading backwards in more and more places.

The problem is that JOBS are the PRIMARY driver/support structure of our INDUSTRIAL economy.....and as technological intelligence and functionality replaces biological intelligence/functionality...the industrial system must the same logical equivilent that a bridge would collapse if its support structure weakened sufficiently....the irony is those driving over it would never see it coming in the same way those staring at the bailed algo driven stock market would never see the collapse either.

I created Alstrynomics because no one was focusing on the human consequences to Technological Singularity....and most don't even know why it was called singularity.....

it is not the traditional physics use of the word....but rather a view toward history, with the benefit of hindsight is ALWAYS singular....but the future, especially if you factor a revolutionary technology, is random from from foresight but singular when looking backwards.

HINDSIGHT IS ALWAYS 20/20...but Alstry has been singular in perspective prospectively since the day he started blogging.
