VP Joe Biden visited Cincinnati Ohio yesterday to demonstrate how the Federal Stimulus package is going to help bring us back to prosperity.  He stood in front of a dilapidated factory and gave his speech.  See comments.

So they are going take our money and use it to rehab this factory into condos.  Condos that no one can afford, that financing will be tough to get and there may be no market for.  Does this really help?

I agree with RonChapman.  Biden is an idiot, the only vice president who can make Dan Quayle look like a genius by comparison. But what can one expect from Joe Biden, a man who cheated his way through law school by plagiarizing other people's work and who, contrary to his comments, actually finished toward the very bottom of his law school class?  And what can one expect from a president who, out of all Democratic politicians such as Evan Byah, chose a man who cheated his way through law school, to be his vice president?

I think this is a pretty good example of the type of economic thinking coming from the administration.

If no one can afford them, then maybe we should impose rent controls so that people could.
