I would make a killin if TAST had Call Options

This fast food company is making a killing during the recession just like McDonalds is as well.

It operates a number of the Burger King stores as well as some other stores. LOL its a $5/shr stock that will earn .21-.23 eps this qtr.

NEW YORK (AP) -- Shares of Burger King restaurant franchiser Carrols Restaurant Group Inc. jumped Thursday after it reported better-than-expected preliminary results for its first quarter.

The shares rose $1.36, or 33.4 percent, to $5.43 in morning trading.

After the market closed Wednesday, the company said it expects to report profit of $4.5 to $5 million, or 21 cents to 23 cents in the quarter. A year earlier, it earned $1.4 million, or 7 cents.

Analysts polled by Thomson Financial expect profit of 11 cents per share.

The Syracuse, N.Y.-based franchiser said its revenue rose 3 percent to $201.3 million.

Same-store sales, or sales at locations open at least a year, rose 5.1 percent at Burger King and fell 1.6 percent at Taco Cabana and dipped 3 percent at Pollo Tropical.

Carrols said costs improved at all three brands and interest expenses were lower.

The company plans to report its full financial results for the quarter on May 4.

Judging by what TAST reported today Burger King Stores are doing well. TAST has 315 Burger Stores Sales up 5%

So I just placed an Outperform rating on BKC

the difference is you could have bought $7.50 call options for pennies. That would be worth mucho dinaro at $10+
