it is caveat emptor or should your score count? I think all points should be eliminated be they positive or negative. I am just saying. I am talking specifically on SPCHB.

Yeah I am with you but if you make rules($1.50, 100m) stick to them or disgorge and repair. I would like to have a caps micro and penny game as well. You Skep?
