IMF: AGE OF AMERICA NEARS END

As Alstry has been warning you for a few years....we are approaching the end of the Industrial Age and the beginning of the Digital Age.  It is not the end of the world, simply the end of a world as you knew it.

Prepare....don't fear.

And for those of you who think Gold/Silver is the answer....you are NOT thinking.

If our economy collapses like you believe how are we supposed to get to this digital age where we are replaced by machines?  If our economy has collapsed who would have the money to build these machines?  Would a brazilian index fund be a good hedge against the U.S. dollar collapse?  They have a rising currency.

There are three kinds of money:

Your brain can only conceive of one....

Money is simply the means to obtain anothers producton.

The three forms of money are:

1.  Love/Giving

2.  Trade/Currency/Barter/Gold

3.  Force/War/Slavery

My guess is we are now heading for a period in human history where FORCE will be money and TRADE will become less important.

George Lucas should hire Alstry as a story supervisor.

I watched Inside Job last night and I didn't learn much.  I did learn that they were putting hookers on their corporate expense accounts which I think is a genius idea.  I had also never heard of the part where the wall street folks had Larry Summers intimidate the CFTC chairman.  The movie drastically underestimates the strength of the financial reform bill.  The bill raised the bank capital reserve rate from 2% to 6.5%.  It severely reduced the leverage investment banks could use.  It forces the credit rating agencies to get selected at random from the SEC rather than get paid directly by the bond issuer.  It also forces the issuers of the bonds to keep 5% of the bonds they issue making sure they are affected if the bonds go south.  Here is a synopsis of some of the reforms.  http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-503544_162-20008835-503544.html

My suggestion is prepare for a period of force.  During war contracts are void via force majeure clauses.

It is not the end of the world(at least for many)....simply the end of the world as you know it.

Just like housing came to a crashing halt if homeowners could no longer borrow....

Governments globally are coming to a crashing halt as more and more are finding it increasingly difficult.

What you are going to learn is you depend on government to function and your perception of net worth...and without an intact government and legal system, really really don't have much wealth as currently perceived by most.

Ask NOT what your country can do for you, BUT what you can do for your country...because without a country there is not likely a you.

Our debt problem would have to get much worse before our country was in jeopardy of collapsing.  If you were saying this in 2014 I might believe you.

I would kindly ask that World War 3 be delayed until the end of the year.  The World Cup will be in Rio, one of the most fanatical soccer cities in the world, and I was hoping to spend the summer and fall there.
