   I've been wondering lately if there is any legal reason companies can't contractually obligate their CEOs or other senior officers to maintain free and clear ownership of a minimum percentage of the individual company's outstanding shares.

   Do any companies actually do this and if so which ones? Are there any websites where I could find this  information?

   Thanks in advance to anyone who canprovide answers to these questions.
