Interesting thing happened to me...

I made a BLOG entry yesterday regarding how blowing out my Achilles has afforded me a bunch of free time to read.  It was a rather short BLOG entry and of relatively little significance with respect to relating to the investing world.  I come on today to read...and find my BLOG entry is gone.  No e-mail from a moderator regarding the deletion of my BLOG and no evidence that it existed at all.  On a site that allows folks like Alstry to say what he feels like, allows any number of one liner posts to enter the BLOGOSPHERE, to see my four or five liner disappear into the ether...well that is interesting to me.

Who knows...perhaps I didn't hit all of the right buttons.  Perhaps I said something I wasn't supposed to (equally likely and unlikely).  There wasn't anything slanderous or profane.  There wasn't anything misleading or untrue that might lead investors astray (I don't know enough to do that anyway).  It just ceased to exist.  All I know is it appeared to publish last night as it was in my Blog list...and today...gone.

Oh well...this one makes up for it...it has double the lines and an equally useless amount of information.

For those looking for a bottom line:  I had a complete rupture of my Achilles tendon.  Am ordered to stay off my feet and have more time than I know what to do with for reading and learning.  I plan on doing a lot of both.  Had thought the Greece issue might be of interest, but that seems to be resolving itself.  That leaves the kick-off of the current earnings season.  Here's hoping that the forward looking statements are optimistic and full of good news.

Fool on...

Yesterday I think the blog monster also ate a few of my comments as part of its nutritional needs.
