Is there a real difference among Morgan Stanley, OIA, OIB and OIC?

With all the new taxes coming our way, searching for munis closed end funds that are not hyper leveraged.  MS offering may fit my needs, but confused about the three closed end funds -- OIA, OIB and OIC.  Is there any real difference among the three closed end funds?
