I am not smart. However I do know where to find smart people. 3 of my favorite sayings.

"If you surrender everything to the government and give it total power to plan the whole economy, this will not guarantee your economic security, but it will guarantee the descent of the entire nation to a level of miserable poverty—as the practical results of every totalitarian economy, communist or fascist, have demonstrated.

""Morally, the promise of an impossible 'right' to economic security is an infamous attempt to abrogate the concept of rights. It can and does mean only one thing: a promise to enslave the men who produce, for the benefit of those who don’t."

"There is no such thing as 'the public interest' except as the sum of the interests of individual men. And the basic, common interest of all men—all rational men—is freedom. Freedom is the first requirement of 'the public interest'—not what men do when they are free, but that they are free. All their achievements rest ...on that foundation."

Hint. Friend of Allen Greenspan.

The gov. is dictating who in health care wins and looses.

Price fixing with Medicare and Medicaid.

Price fixing with HUD Housing.

Price fixing with Social Security.

Price fixing with everything else government manages.

The fed does not see inflation but I do. Actually hyper inflation and I have hit the pay ceiling for my job and company.

Yep This is turning out to be a very inserting year. The traders as buy stocks to make money and leave gold and silver alone. However I buy gold and silver to be able to cash it in at a later time to buy the things I need.  As it drops I stock up on more for as  for our dollar now being the worlds currency. As the FED  cr aps out the dollar and makes it worthless I will be able to live.

I don't think those are sayings, more like quotes.  An example of a saying would be - Only the wisest and the stupidest of men never change.
