Any bets that the "successful" cap on the well turns out to be not so successful?

Do you Fools really think there is only one leak?

Wow....the sheep are roaming tonight....

Yes D....but I like my oil virgin.....especially on gulf snapper.

Now not only are the Fools getting outsourced by the same people they just gave trillions of dollars there are really not that many jobs available....

75% of school districts laying off.....

80% of mortgage companies shut down.....

80% of new home construction gone....

over 2/3 of architects unemployed.....

hospitals laying off around the country.....

universities too.....

small business going bankrupt and shutting down at a record rate.....

I guess everyone is going to be a financial advisor or loan officer since so few will really have productive jobs........

The interesting question is how are all the student loans going to be paid back?

If interest rates are not reduced to 0% here real soon.....there will be nothing left to reduce.

Maybe it is to give sheep a sense of 'closure', so they can make the transition to the new pastures calmly and be more at peace.

Nice generalities but I'll call BS on your general India theory.

The company I work for have tried to outsource pharmaceutical production to India. I now have two examples of a failed effort. You are right, they are cheaper. You are wrong, they are not smarter, more productive, etc. They could not do what was contracted for even holding their hand. They rely on hands labor to do things which require automation. This introduces what we call "deviations" to drug processing steps. Now we have yanked two projects out of India. Yet our top brass buys all the @#$ spewed about China and India and insists it is a "large market". Right, and they have so much money to spend, not. India is worse than dirt poor, if you have been there.

I once spoke to a sourcing guy from Caterpillar on a plane. He was trying to source from India. He told me all the headaches in getting it to work out.

India is a fantasy. I believe China will kick a$$ but India is nothing like China.

News flash, there are still hard working and highly trained Americans making safe drug products for the world.

Occasionally, it is good to get some real data to support popularly held notions which take on a life of their own.
