I think the headline was designed to grab attention more than to accurately portray Jim Rogers sentiments, but it worked for me, especially since I'm a Jim Rogers fan.

I agree with him. There is a famous quote I read in a value investing book, I think it's from Twain, that goes something like this "And the fool said 'Do not put all your eggs in one basket,' which is just another way of saying, 'Scatter both your money and your attention,' while the wise man says, 'Put all your eggs in one basket, and then watch the damn basket.'" I've always liked that quote.
