Things aren't looking good for these guys.  

"Rino International Corp. said Friday it didn't enter two contracts for which it reported revenue, meaning financial statements from 2008 to the present aren't reliable."

There also appears to be questions surrounding other contracts, too.

I've been burned hard by these chinese small caps in the past. Be very careful with the chinese, not sure I'll ever buy a chinese small cap again. Have bought some mutual funds that have done well.
