No doubt, as Rome burned and Nero played his fiddle, some idiots were having fun enjoying the anarchy and carnage. In the great German film Downfall, about the last days of the German Reich,
Eva Braun had a party as the Russian artilery was leveling Berlin. She even planned a wedding to her special HELL BOUND boyfriend.
