This is a stock thats been on my radar for a little while but I haven't looked into yet.  What are the collective thoughts of the CAPS community?  What is the likelihood of the Wells notice leading to a negative outcome?  What are thoughts on the industry/company?  I plan on looking into this in the coming days/weeks.

The analysts don't expect it to grow this year or next year so why on earth would you want to own it?  If you like insurance companies you should buy Tower Group(TWGP) because it is a good value right now and has good management.
