Pay real close attention to trading volumes. There has been a mass exodus out of the stock markets which has reduced trading volume. This makes manipulation of the market much easier and much cheaper. Volatility will continue. Unfortunately, I believe it will be characterized by a spiraling drop in value where we will see not only lower highs but also diminishing lows. Rational beings are totally out of the market at this time. Throughout this slow bleed, volatility indices will remain high.
