Data shows that foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have made net investments of $15.4 billion this year and this includes a net buying of $2.4 billion from 11 trading sessions this month in the Indian market.

Massive moneyflow like that above tells me to leverage my 401k into Emerging Markets. During the run from 2003 to 2006 I had years where the emerging market funds were up 35% to 50%.

Hopefully it will be the same this time around as well.

Will you get off the bus before the inevitable crash? Massive inflows ..., a P/E ratio of 18+ which is more than most developed or big emerging markets ..., I'd say the Indian market was in frothy bubble territory already.  Tread carefully and good luck.
