Media, oh Media, what are you smoking...?

I know I promised I'm not gonna be bothering you with the media posts any more, but I just have to report this.

I also know that it's only noon, and that things can change (for the worse) rather quicky on a Friday afternoon (especially when market is getting killed), but I just have to share this with you.

As you probably know, lately I have been reporting on the regular 4-5-6% daily jumps of my (now famous) Media Portfolio of 14 stocks (just yesterday made even more famous by TSIF). 

However, as you know, the market is getting killed today. S&P is down 1.8%, Nasdaq is down 1.6%, and Goldman Sucks is down 14%.

And what is happening with my media portfolio?

It's down only a half of a percent. 0.5%, that's it.

Can you believe that? Can you believe my media portfolio that was on a such wild run as of late is down only half a percent? Unbelivable, I think.

But here is the best part and the reason I'm writing this today.

Which media stocks are the best performers today:

Lee up 5.7%, JRN up 3.8% and MNI up 3%.

And why is that important?

I agree, UL.
Why would anyone put money into this stock when they can put money into other media stocks like MNI, LEE, and JRN.
I think these 3 will double much sooner than GTN will.
Don't you agree?
